Well, I’m a big fan of Silver Lining, but do I have anything fancy enough to put in there? I might have to buy a little dog just for the bag…just kidding. Ultimately, I’d probably just have the most glamorous bag at the farmer’s market. It might even look ridiculous, but I would feel pretty.

I love the purple rain because it’s so fun & different. I’m with Virginia that it would be absolutely perfect for the farmer’s market, but I’ll say that the most interesting thing I’d put in it would be diapers, so I really can’t go anywhere without diapers these days!

Me, my husband and our sweet 2 lb. yorkie puppy LOVE to take long walks on the San Francisco beaches and collect river rocks by the handfulls…our pockets are busting out, my hubby’s hands are full and we waddle back home! (Yes, we look extremely WEIRD, hahaha!)
I’d love to have a bag that would be sturdy and STYLISH to carry all our treasures in as we use the river rocks as natural landscaper and a great family/eco-friendly project too

I am all about Gold these days! I would wear this to the market and out to shows. I have had my eye out for a metallic bag and these look perf! Diapers, sippy cup, little toy monkeys and of course my APE pass could all fit in this bag!

Hmmmmm, the silver lining is nice but my fave is the purple rain. The most interesting thing I would have in it is an ever changing thing. Last week it would have been a tractor. This week a bulldozer aka “bubbledo”. In 6 more weeks it will probably be swimmy wings AND a burp cloth. You get the drift.

Super cute! I love the silver lining. I imagine putting Annabel’s library books in it so we can walk to the library to return them. I can see myself throwing a blanket, my InStyle magazine and Annabel’s sticker books/coloring books in it and heading to the park to hang out (with a spare diaper of course). I can even see myself going to farmer’s market and putting fresh produce in it. Oh wait – my laptop would fit in it as well.

Larkyn – this is so fun!!! I totally dig the purple rain bag. I have a pen pal…well, a zen pal – and we love to send eachother presents, photographs, fun cards, etc. I have been thinking that I need to ‘craft it up’ with my card-making. I would use this bag…to hold all of the things that I need to create fun cards with(fabric, scissors, glue, patterned paper..you get the idea). I could tote it to the park, into my bedroom on a rainy day, or even just out into my yard on a sunny day!! P.S. my pen name is Ali Pickle (it’s true)!. Doesn’t that make you want to eat up my entry – !! I hope that I will be slinging that pretty bag over my shoulder – and heading out to my lawn someday soon.

Okay anyone who collects rocks on a beach on a regular basis(Morgan)-definitely needs a gold bag! It would be the perfect bag for me to hide Baby Will in when we go to the Bayou. I have the perfect stealth bag for the movies but the bar deserves something a little snazzier . . any of those colors would look great with my wardrobe!

I love all the colors (and reading everyone’s comments) but would have to go with gold. As for what I’d carry in it, I think maybe my laptop. I’m liking carrying it in a shoulder bag like that lately. Obviously, I couldn’t think of anything witty or cute

In my Purple RuMe bag, I’d put my thoughts as I hi-tail it to work in NYC–I’ve been walking all the way to work these days, it takes me almost an hour. Sometimes, though, alongside my thoughts, I’d put my maltese Charlie, my vat of fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice, my Canon G10 camera, (can’t leave home without it!) and my yoga clothes, for when I hi-tail it from work to yoga class afterwards. Yay!

I would slip the silver bag over my shoulder and sneak a bottle of my latest favorite wine, likely a malbec from Argentina. A few fabric samples for clients would make chic linen napkins. I would swing by my favorite Deli, grab some portobello/ roasted red pepper/goat cheese & arugula sandwiches, some regular potato chips and my
5 x5 Boggle game and head out for a late lunch and vino with my sweet husband.
Oh and since we live in CO I could not forget my rosebud salve. A must for the dry climate!

Silver Lining very sophisticated for a reusable bag, love it and what I would put in it would be…….my life everyday when I leave in the morning; my camera-never leave without it, along with the array of things I think I can’t live without until I return home. The things I pull out of the one I have now surprises me daily, its like MacGyver in there
, my life’s tool kit.

The Purple Rain bag would make me the envy of Stitch ‘N Bitch nights! Imagine, gorgeous hand dyed yarn peeking out as I check the bag’s pocket for the cutest little stitch marker and the right needle size to start my next knit creation!

I love the Purple Rain bag! We’re taking a trip to the beach in a couple months, and this would make a perfect travel bag. Airplane essentials: snacks, magazines, my DS and purse essentials for traveling. Once we get there, it’d be great as a beach bag since it is water resistant! I would keep my books and magazines safe from accidental splashage, and also tote my cover up and sunscreen.

My Goodness! They look so durable and practical for everyday use, however, that metallic shine makes them look spunky and fun!
They all 3 rock and whoever wins one is going to feel so lucky.
My favorite is the purple rain. If I won, I would give it to my husband’s elderly grandmother so that she could use it to carry items like her medicine when she has to go out for the day. When she was done, she could just fold it up and keep it in the basket of her walker.

I LOVE the purple!! And the most interesting thing I would put in it isn’t all that interesting – work! Laptop, files, portfolio, etc. I just started a new job 2 months ago and I’m spending every waking moment working, so I’d definitely get use out of that gorgeous purple bag! Plus, it’d put some pep into my work day!

I definitely love the silver. I wish I could be funny but I just can’t think of anything so to tell the truth I would put mine in my handbag to replace my really old green resusable bag which I take everywhere but which is starting to come apart at the seams. I would put everything in it from groceries at Trader Joes to veggies from the Farmers market and anything I buy to avoid getting another wasteful plastic bag!

Not that it matters but I think the Silver Lining is rad yet there’s someone else lurking around my home who has his eye on the Purple Rain and thinking, “Man I could fit a crap load of matchbox cars in there”.
