jamie at home cookbook

I normally don’t buy myself cookbooks, especially with websites like Epicurious and TasteSpotting dishing out free recipes online but this weekend I splurged and bought Jamie Olivers cookbook “Jamie at Home“.   I couldn’t resist the gorgeous cover illustration and the beautiful food photography on the inside. Inside it’s divided up by Season and then by vegetable with a section on basic planting for each vegetable. Last night I tried out the recipe for Balsamic-baked onions and potatoes with roast pork. It turned out so good I wasn’t sure it was something I made!

Congratulations on your book copy. I am trying to get one for myself. I never miss the show though and hope to get a DVD set as well coz the visuals are as good too. Happy cooking to you.
