I’m digging these linen hand drawn silk-screened pillows and lamp shades from Garnish Studio (a fellow Aeolidia designed website). The symmetrical prints in cool colors are modern and would look great in a West Elm inspired home. Using her background in art, designer Dana Killion launched Garnish to offer an alternative to the boring old white lamp shade. I really like the addition of color coordinated tassels to her pillows, it gives them just a touch of whimsy. Her organic designs remind me of Karl Blossfeldt’s abstract and elegant photographs of plant parts.
