I love crafty do it yourself types and these gals at Loops are just that. They met at a baby class, became friends then joined forces over their shared desire to find something better to hold up their pants! We all benefit from their ingenuity with these adorable reversible belts. They have tons of fabric options so you can customize your own. Available for men, women, girls and boys, they even have pet leashes and collars!

The talented Brooklyn artists over at KILNenamel have some new jewelry designs. The brightly colored kiln-fired enamel with silver and gold in these organic forms is what makes these so lovely to look at. They start in the $30 range and go up to $200 for more detailed work. They also have a home collection with vases, bowls and platters.

Adam + Eve is fairly well known at this point, but I had to share since I went to high school with the creator and designer Adam Lippes. I don’t think I’ve seen Adam since we shared a limo to prom in 1991 but I recall he was the most dapper dude on the dance floor. Known for his incredibly soft t-shirts and lux basics (featured on Oprah) he also has a fabulous ready-to-wear collection for men & women. Here is sampling of his designs; gorgeous fabric matched with simple classic designs, bravo!

Ballet flats have made a raging comeback in the last year and they appear to be the shoe for Spring or so says the tome of tomes the NYT (witness my recent purchase of the Tory Burch Reva ballerina). London Sole is on top of the trend with over 400 unique designs! The Valentine is my fave, check out their website or their boutique on Maiden Lane in San Francisco.

My Mom is starting the search for a MOB dress for my sister Quinn’s May wedding in Charleston, SC. I thought I would get right to it and find some options for her. One of my favorites for wedding outfits (and where I got my BM dresses) is Thread Design. Here are a couple looks I think could be appropriate (they have lots more color options than these). Then again when I tried to dress my Mom for my wedding, she laughed hysterically when I showed her what I had in mind. It’s hard to dress Moms hip for weddings these days! Someone start a great MOB store please!

I never know what to give people as gifts for any number of occasions, so I love sites like Give Simple that make it easy for me.
I like the mini-milk jar for a baby gift and the colorful melamine plates and the little hostess apron would make great housewarming gifts.

Little Willow has changed for the better!
This is just the beginning of a new phase for this site. I am still figuring out where this is going but there’s lots of room to grow and I’m open to your ideas as well as suggestions for posts.
I just wanted to say THANKS to the magnificent Paula Stringfellow over at Stringer Press for designing my new site. Here are a couple samples of her letterpress invitations.
Lastly, THANKS to Shoshanna at Aeolidia for working on all the technical changes to the site!

My sister Haley just bought the cutest purse with little seahorses on it. Apparently its a Bungalow 360 which I had never heard of before but now I’m all over. They are priced just right for casual weekend bags ($30-40) with lots of cute patterns and practical styles. The owner Susie is a cat lover too, check out their fun Staff page.

I want each one of these glorious sounding Rich Hippie, organic, wildcrafted perfumes. I love using natural flower oils for perfume instead of the synthetic stuff and with ingredients like the ones listed for Devotion: French Lemon, Morrocan Verveine and Italian Clementine, its hard for me to resist even with the $125 price tag.

Simon Pearce is some of the finest glass and pottery being made today. Simon is a real person from Ireland with a workshop in Vermont and boutique shops around the country (there is a new one on Fillmore St. in SF). I have a bridal shower this weekend and was perusing the website when I came across their new line of pottery lamps. I really like the simple designs and glazes. This picture below is of my favorite pitcher, the Windsor pitcher.

Plum Party is a dangerous website, they have absolutely everything you need to throw a kick-ass party no matter what the theme. They have ideas for parties you probably never even thought to have. Yoga Party anyone? Here are some items to get you in the St. Paddy’s Day spirit. I want the shamrock pinata just to hang in my house for good luck. I kid, I kid.

We are having gorgeous weather right now, and with St. Patty’s Day this weekend and everyone in such a festive mood I started thinking about parties! Check out these adorable buckets and vases over at Macbeth Collection (thanks Mia for the find). Great idea for storage, bottles of wine, or party supplies, or you can fill them with flowers and use them as a centerpiece. These lunch boxes are pretty cute too.

Aren’t these so pretty, little letterpress coasters from Sesame Letterpress. Almost too pretty to put anything on and might look even better custom framed for an entry hall. But they are waterproof so they can be used for drinks of course. They come in a set of 8 for $10. Check out the other great products at BuyOlympia.

Wow, I’ve made officially over 100 posts on this blog, yeah for me!
In honor of the 101st post I’ll share one of my fave cheap-o shopping secrets, which is Delia’s! I have been buying clothes and accessories from Delia’s since I was 24, probably time to outgrow this phase but with everything under $100 and usually under $50 I can’t give it up. Here are a couple cute new tops and dresses I saw today.

MaryMo Handmade aka “accessories for girls who heart style” has some adorable bags and hair accessories. I love her fabric combo’s and great purse styles from the sweet Holly Golightly tote to the more sophisticated Laila Bag (bottom left). Get them before they sell out as they are each one-of-a-kind.

It’s hard to resist Nature Girl skin and body care with names like Nature Groupie, Organic Hipster and my favorite, Groovy Locks. The packaging is pretty fantastic also. Not inexpensive, ($35 for 8.5 oz Shampoo), but for ingredients this fresh, they’re worth it!

I lucked into some fabulous dark blue velvet fabric for 1/2 off at Britex in San Francisco to cover my chairs but that has not stopped me from finding beautiful fabric on the web. Vanessa Arbuthnott is a UK designer specializing in traditional country cottage style fabrics. I love the design idea page, if only I had the house for all these ideas!

Check out these cute Spring skirts from Skirt Spot (they used to be Boutique Ooh La La). The skirts are mostly a-line which looks great on most gals and they range in price from $64-$92.
